Certified translation of court register extract
A court register extract is needed for tenders, banks, foreign partners and company formation. We translate it with certification, preserving the structure of entries.
The extract lists the company, OIB, registered office, members and representation powers. In translation those data stay in the same order. Similar documents from abroad (Handelsregisterauszug, company extract) are translated into Croatian for submission to Croatian authorities. Send a PDF of the extract. Length is usually small to medium; we confirm the deadline after review. In the same order we can add a tax certificate, certificate of residence or contract.
