Data you send us via form, e-mail, WhatsApp or Viber (name, contact details, enquiry content and documents) is used solely to prepare quotes, perform translations, delivery and legal accounting obligations. The legal basis is pre-contractual and contractual processing and legal obligations.

We do not sell data. We share it only when necessary for delivery (e.g. post) or when required by law. Documents are confidential. We keep them for as long as accounting and complaint periods require, then delete or archive them in accordance with law.
