How translation price is determined
We do not publish a fixed euro amount per card because the price of a certified translation is set by the Regulation on Permanent Court Interpreters and the length of your document. For each order we send a quote.
Author's card
The basic billing unit is the author's card: 1500 characters including spaces. The minimum billed unit is one card, even when the document is shorter. You can roughly check the number of cards in Word: divide the character count including spaces by 1500.
Invoice without VAT
We are not registered for VAT. We issue invoices without VAT. This simplifies the cost for individuals and for taxpayers who do not deduct input VAT on this service.
Deadlines
Deadlines are agreed for each order. Personal documents often take one day. Basic documents for residence and work can, if we are available, be translated within one to two hours. Longer court and financial files depend on the number of cards.
How to request a quote
Send the document by e-mail, WhatsApp, Viber or via the form. We will confirm the price and earliest deadline. The price follows the applicable regulation, not a free agency scale.
